Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows 10/11 and macOS), and network connectivity.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply to non-technical users.
  • Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+ is a plus but not required).
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required to support 24/7 operations.
