Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via ticketing systems
- Deploy and configure workstations/laptops in Windows and macOS environments
- Assist with network monitoring and basic cybersecurity protocols
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migrations
- Support virtual meeting technologies (Zoom, Teams) and AV equipment
- Track inventory and manage asset lifecycle processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of OS fundamentals (Windows, macOS, Linux)
