Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify data into company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Review and proofread documents for errors, typos, and formatting inconsistencies before final submission.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and answering phones.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
