Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our digital databases.
- Review source documents for errors and verify discrepancies by comparing data.
- Maintain accurate records of all processed data and report back to the team.
- Perform routine data cleansing to ensure database quality and integrity.
- Assist in the organization and filing of physical and digital documents.
- Communicate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies and clarify instructions.
- Adhere to company data security and confidentiality protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and processes.
