- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026 using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for next-generation product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-concept solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects
- Experience with predictive analytics and modeling tools
