Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven trend analysis and strategic recommendations
- Design innovation frameworks for cross-functional teams to prototype solutions for future market disruptions
- Lead workshops on future-proofing strategies for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to access cutting-edge foresight methodologies
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futures research within tech/consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption modeling
- Strong command of quantitative research methods (forecasting models, data visualization)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
