Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the end-to-end strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, defining long-term technical objectives and milestones.
- Technical Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, fault-tolerant neural networks and AI infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI) into our existing ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class team of AI engineers and researchers.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and lead teams through complex technical transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
