Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing applications and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (AGI, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Design and validate speculative prototypes for next-gen human-AI symbiotic systems
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for experimental technology deployment
- Curate partnerships with academic labs and quantum research institutions
- Author white papers on technology convergence scenarios for 2026+
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Proven track record of commercializing experimental technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong background in ethics of advanced AI and bio-engineering
