You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to build prototypes, explore quantum computing applications, and integrate advanced AI into our core infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with company long-term goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Emerging Technologies, including AI, Quantum Readiness, and AR/VR ecosystems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate future trends into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the creation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for futuristic technologies.
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and engineers.
- Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive innovations before they become mainstream.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of leading Emerging Technology initiatives or futuristic product launches.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing architectures.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
