Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives in high-impact emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Oversee the research and validation of futuristic product concepts, turning abstract ideas into viable prototypes.
- Identify and assess strategic partnerships with key technology providers, startups, and academic institutions.
- Drive the adoption of agile innovation methodologies to accelerate the development lifecycle.
- Present complex technical strategies and future visions to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of futurists and engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; PhD in a relevant technology area is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior technical leadership, with a proven track record in strategic planning and innovation.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically within the 2026 landscape and beyond.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast market shifts and technological disruptions.
