We're seeking a visionary designer to lead end-to-end design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver user-centered solutions that drive business growth. This is an immediate 6-month contract opportunity with potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create wireframes/prototypes
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing fintech projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
