- Enter and update customer and account information into our secure databases with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies before processing.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in generating basic reports and summaries using spreadsheet software.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and adherence to privacy policies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We are looking for candidates eager to learn and grow.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong typing skills and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation is required.
