Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals
- Assist with warehouse cleaning and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to South Boston location
- Availability for 6-8 hour shifts (6 AM-2 PM or 2 PM-10 PM)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Valid government-issued photo ID
