Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Sort, organize, and tag inventory items to ensure accurate stock placement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to update inventory status.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in packaging and labeling products for distribution.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Baltimore.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; strong work ethic is essential.
