Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and speed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery according to strict quality standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and janitorial duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar rotating schedules).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse scanners.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
