Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving process, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to track inventory movements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
