Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage areas.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to packing slips and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
