Responsibilities
- Staff and manage daily/temporary job assignments across Tampa Bay
- Process same-day payroll for all temporary workers
- Conduct client needs assessments and match candidates to roles
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and labor regulations
- Build relationships with corporate clients for repeat staffing
- Track workforce metrics and optimize staffing efficiency
- Onboard new temporary employees with orientation materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay employment market
- Certification in human resources (SHRM-CP preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Background check and drug screening required
