Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, networking, referrals).
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate the interview process and provide feedback to both candidates and clients.
- Manage onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle daily pay transactions and ensure accurate time tracking for temporary staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are recommended.
