Responsibilities
- Conduct professional and thorough screening interviews with job seekers to assess skills, experience, and availability.
- Match qualified candidates with open positions within our client network, ensuring a great fit for both parties.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing applicants, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses (clients) to understand their staffing needs and volume.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately entered and maintained in our HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the placement process.
- Assist with daily payroll verification and time-tracking procedures to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple candidate pipelines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for client site visits).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment practices is a plus.
