Responsibilities

- Monitor job site performance and provide real-time support to placed candidates
- Develop recruitment strategies to meet seasonal demand spikes
- Utilize applicant tracking software to maintain candidate databases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience or equivalent
- Valid Maryland driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and mobile payment platforms
