- Match qualified candidates with same-day/temporary job openings across Austin industries
- Process daily payroll for temporary employees within 24 hours of shift completion
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires including background checks and credential verification
- Provide real-time shift management and communication between clients and staff
- Maintain accurate staffing records and performance metrics
- Source talent through digital platforms and community partnerships
- Resolve staffing issues with clients and temporary employees
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; staffing/recruiting certification preferred
- Proven experience in fast-paced environments with customer service focus
- Proficiency in staffing software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
