Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with daily-pay temporary positions in Wichita metro area
- Conduct rapid client intake and candidate screening for same-day job placement
- Process daily payroll submissions and ensure accurate 24-hour payment turnaround
- Build relationships with local employers across manufacturing, logistics, and service sectors
- Manage candidate onboarding including background checks and skill assessments
- Resolve payment inquiries and payroll discrepancies proactively
- Track daily job placements and optimize staffing efficiency metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment with daily-pay experience
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll processing software
- Strong knowledge of Wichita's labor market and industry demands
