Responsibilities
- Recruit and place candidates in daily pay positions across manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial sectors
- Manage candidate onboarding with same-day pay solutions using our proprietary platform
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 20+ local businesses for staffing needs
- Conduct daily payroll reconciliation and ensure timely candidate payments
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to fill same-day shifts
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Track and analyze staffing metrics to optimize daily pay program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with daily pay programs
- Proven track record in B2B client development and retention
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JazzHR)
- Strong understanding of Kentucky labor regulations and payroll compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate same-day placements
- Data analytics experience using staffing KPIs and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Experience with daily pay platforms like DailyPay or FlexWage preferred
