Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for daily pay positions in manufacturing, logistics, and administrative sectors
- Facilitate same-day payment processing for temporary workers through our proprietary payroll system
- Build and maintain relationships with Tampa-area employers to identify staffing needs
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires explaining daily pay processes and benefits
- Resolve payment discrepancies and ensure compliance with Florida labor regulations
- Track staffing metrics and optimize daily pay distribution workflows
- Collaborate with finance team to reconcile daily payment transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or human resources
- Experience with daily pay systems or instant payroll solutions preferred
- Strong knowledge of Florida labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain financial processes clearly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and payroll software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
