Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for daily pay temporary assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with Louisville-area employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct efficient candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Coordinate same-day job placements and onboarding logistics
- Manage payroll documentation for daily pay processing
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional candidate support throughout assignment duration
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with same-day deadlines
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Kentucky residency required for local client visits
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during client meetings
