Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for daily pay temporary positions across Indianapolis
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to identify staffing needs
- Process same-day payroll for temporary workers using our proprietary system
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and agency policies
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis job market and industry trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and payroll software
