Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place qualified candidates in daily pay temporary positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screenings, and onboarding
- Promote our exclusive daily pay program to candidates during placement interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system and CRM platform
- Conduct weekly check-ins with placed candidates to ensure job satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and match ideal candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and sales skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Charlotte's labor markets and key industries
- Creative problem-solving mindset for candidate placement challenges
- Must be comfortable discussing financial solutions with candidates
