What You'll Accomplish:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match the perfect fit for local job openings.
- Manage the full lifecycle of temporary staffing, from requisition to onboarding.
- Facilitate the daily pay process, ensuring workers receive their hard-earned money quickly.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Build a strong network of qualified candidates within the Portland metropolitan area.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to temporary employees throughout their assignments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings via phone and video to assess skills and availability.
- Process timesheets and payroll documentation to ensure seamless daily pay settlements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
- Utilize social media and job boards to attract passive candidates.
- Onboard new hires and conduct safety training as required by industry regulations.
- Monitor market trends to recommend competitive salary rates to our clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for local travel.
