- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for daily pay temporary positions
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct efficient onboarding for same-day placements
- Manage candidate databases using our proprietary ATS platform
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and agency policies
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional client and candidate support throughout assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience
- Strong networking abilities with local Las Vegas professionals
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak demand periods
