Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for daily pay roles across Austin's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Facilitate same-day payroll processing for temporary and contract positions
- Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients seeking staffing solutions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with 24-hour turnaround expectations
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with Texas labor regulations
- Collaborate with accounting team to resolve payment discrepancies in real-time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with daily pay models
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates monthly
- Texas staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills for contract rate discussions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with same-day deadlines
- Knowledge of Austin's labor market dynamics and key employers
- Excel proficiency for payroll tracking and reporting
