Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified candidates for daily-pay temporary positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers across key industries
- Manage daily payroll processing for temporary workers using our proprietary system
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and match ideal candidates
- Implement targeted sourcing strategies across digital platforms and community networks
- Track and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and agency standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate placement
- Strong knowledge of Memphis labor market and key industries
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll software
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CSRP) preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required for client visits
