Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily staffing assignments for warehouse, logistics, and tech support roles
- Onboard temporary staff with same-day orientation and documentation
- Process daily payroll for 50+ temporary employees
- Resolve staffing emergencies within 2-hour response time
- Maintain compliance with CA labor regulations
- Build relationships with San Jose's top employers

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP/QuickBooks preferred)
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation

- OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Spanish bilingual required
