Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily staffing assignments for clients in healthcare, logistics, and administrative sectors
- Screen and interview candidates for same-day placement opportunities
- Process payroll documentation for daily pay transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with local business partners
- Resolve staffing emergencies within 2-hour response time
- Track and report daily staffing metrics using our proprietary software
- Conduct onboarding for temporary staff at client sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid California driver's license (for client site visits)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of California labor regulations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
