Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily staffing operations for 15-20 active client accounts
- Screen and place candidates into temporary, contract, and temp-to-hire roles
- Process same-day payroll through our digital payment platform
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation
- Optimize staffing schedules using our real-time dashboard
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with placed candidates
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proficiency with ATS systems and digital payroll platforms
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
