Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with temporary job assignments
- Conduct client intake meetings to understand staffing needs
- Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Manage onboarding processes for new temporary employees
- Coordinate payroll processing for daily pay schedules
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and client records
- Provide ongoing support to both clients and temporary staff
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for client visits
- Experience with daily pay processing systems
