Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks
- Match candidates with client requirements based on skills and availability
- Manage candidate onboarding documentation and compliance
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with team to fill urgent client requests
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous staffing or recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required for El Paso market)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
