Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for temporary and contract positions across diverse industries
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client needs
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including documentation and orientation
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve staffing inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new client opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
