Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in daily-pay eligible positions across Atlanta's key industries
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Implement targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and local networks
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for daily-pay roles
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure seamless daily pay implementation
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for speed and quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years recruitment experience in Atlanta's staffing or HR landscape
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments
- Expertise in daily pay, temp-to-hire, and contingent staffing models
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta's labor market and key industries
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse candidate populations
- SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred
