Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory security settings.
- Assist with network connectivity problems and VPN configurations.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Valid IT certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
