Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails from customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Provide feedback on common customer pain points to help improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
