Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Conduct virtual interviews and technical assessments
- Maintain accurate candidate pipeline data in Greenhouse
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for weekend engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in SaaS/tech
- Expertise in Boolean search and Boolean logic
- Proven success with passive candidate outreach
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday ATS
- Strong knowledge of AI, cloud, and cybersecurity roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field
