Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages for SEO to increase organic candidate flow
- Manage ATS system implementation and workflow automation
- Develop recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct data-driven recruitment analytics to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical skill requirements
- Maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand IT positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/tech companies
- Proven SEO expertise in recruitment marketing (SEO audits, keyword strategy)
