- Maintain ATS data integrity and generate recruitment analytics
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience
- Proven night shift work history or strong availability
- Expertise in sourcing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills across virtual channels
