Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments for engineering roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages for contract positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for emerging tech startups
- Track metrics: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Houston market
- Proven success placing software engineers, DevOps, and data scientists
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and BooleanX tools
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Must be authorized to work in the US
