- Match candidates to contract positions across Detroit Metro
- Manage onboarding documentation and compliance
- Build relationships with hiring managers at partner companies

- Provide weekly payroll support to contractors
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong knowledge of Detroit's job market and key industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license (client site visits required)
