Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance frontend architecture using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and debugging sessions to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the project.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Deep understanding of the React ecosystem, including Redux, React Router, and state management libraries.
- Proficiency in modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind, or Styled Components) and HTML5.
- Experience with TypeScript is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
