- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, ensuring clear communication across cross-functional teams.
- Manage project scope, risks, and resource allocation to mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define project requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a contract-based environment.
