Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to define requirements and scope.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the technology or consulting sector.
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle projects from conception to deployment.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) or Agile Certification (PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
