Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across client sites
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues via VPN and on-site
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support/helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications required
- Experience with Azure AD and Intune management
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for equipment installations
